Account Deletion

Customer accounts

Customers can permanently delete their account in the iOS app: Settings → Customer account → My account → Delete account. Re-enter the password and type DELETE to confirm. The process revokes sessions, removes personal account and delivery data, deletes customer payment-proof uploads, and anonymizes retained order history.

Merchant accounts

Merchants can permanently delete their account in the iOS app: Merchant → Settings → Delete Account. Re-enter the password and type DELETE to confirm. The process revokes sessions, removes the public café, menu and media, deletes private verification documents, and anonymizes retained order history.

If the app is unavailable, request deletion from the registered email address: support@YOURDOMAIN.com. We may verify ownership before completing an emailed request.

Guest orders

Guest customers do not have platform accounts. Their order references remain only on their device; uninstalling the app can remove that local history.
